Refunds & Returns
Lilaa.in shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers.
Lilaa.in can exchange sizes of the same product. Our products are also eligible for a style change. A credit note can be issued, which will be valid for 30 days. We don’t do refunds.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact.
We'll arrange the reverse pick-up of the outfit and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the outfit via email (info@lilaa.in) of your intent to exchange.
An outfit is eligible for exchange/alteration/style change only once. The delivery charges for size exchange/alterations are ₹350.Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered.
Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
